Our family went to Batad which was a two hour drive from the city. Batad just is one of the places here in Iloilo that was affected by the super typhoon Yolanda. This was also the place where some of our relatives live and where our parents grew up. On our way to the place, all we can see were destroyed roofs, trees which fell, and woods all over the streets. Houses, markets and schools were affected and they were the places that are important to the people their especially the kids. This are what you can see around the place:
People wasn't able to make use of the seafoods because of the oil spill. :(
